EcoGiants App — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how EcoGiants Construction Cleaning Inc. ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information in the EcoGiants mobile application (the "App"). The App is used by the EcoGiants Construction Cleaning Inc. team to coordinate scheduling, attendance, tasks, and communication.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, job title, and role. A phone number may also be added by a manager when your account is created; providing one is optional.
- Location: your device's GPS coordinates at the moment you sign in to or out of a job site, used only to verify on-site attendance. We do not track your location in the background.
- Photos: verification photos you take at sign-in and any work or document photos you choose to upload.
- Work data: your schedule, availability, time entries, assigned tasks, messages, and incident or absence reports.
How we use your information
- To operate staff scheduling, attendance, task assignment, and team messaging.
- To verify that staff are on-site when signing in to a job site.
- To allow managers to coordinate work and review operational records.
How your information is stored
Data is stored securely on our servers. Access requires authentication, and private files such as photos are served only to authorized users. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.
Data retention and account deletion
You can permanently delete your account at any time from within the App: open the Profile tab and tap Delete Account. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and associated personal data (sessions, time entries, notifications, messages, availability, and photos). This action cannot be undone.
